This process is designed to give me a clear sense of what you need. I will take a complete inventory of your lifestyle, medical history, risk factors, family history, and health challenges. This will help me determine the areas in your life where health-promoting changes need to occur in order to minimize the risk of you becoming ill or the risk of you becoming more disabled if you’re already suffering from illnesses.
Just as the success of a business largely depends on sound business strategies, your health depends on the right health strategies. This personal assessment will serve as the blueprint for optimizing your health and your life.
For every person I assess, we spend as long as 2 hours together so that I can learn about who you are and what you need. During our assessment, we’ll go over your:
- Medicines and other supplements
- Physical activity
- Stress level
- Living conditions / environment
- Recent tests or lab results
- Family history
- Particular risk factors
- And other aspects of your life
And once we complete the assessment phase, I will give you a strategic plan for your next steps.
